Bacon-wrapped Grilled Chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry vermouth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • vegetable oil
  • 8 slices bacon

Recipe

  • 1 in a ziplock bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, vermouth and garlic.
  • 2 add chicken and coat with teriyaki mixture.
  • 3 refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  • 4 prepare bbq for medium high heat.
  • 5 brush bbq rack with vegetable oil.
  • 6 remove chicken from marinade and wrap each breast with 2 strips of bacon, covering completely and securing with toothpicks.
  • 7 grill chicken until it is firm to the touch, about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • 8 serve.
