Anchovy-garlic Butter With Lemon And Parsley

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (1/2 stick)
  • 1 anchovy fillet, minced to paste
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed through a garlic press (or minced to paste, about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

Recipe

  • 1 beat softened butter with a fork until light and fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • 2 dollop a portion of butter over pieces of cooked fish, allowing the butter to melt; serve immediately.
