Arby's Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (lea& perrins)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 mix corn starch and water and set aside.
- 2 place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
- 3 pour ingredients inot a small saucepan.
- 4 heat on medium low.
- 5 simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring several times.
- 6 after 20 minutes, add corn starch mixture, stir well.
- 7 when sauce begins to thicken, let simmer on a very low temperature for ten minutes.
- 8 remove from heat and cool.
- 9 mixture will be similiar in thickness to steak sauce.
- 10 store in a covered container in the refridgerator.
