Arby's Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (lea& perrins)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 mix corn starch and water and set aside.
  • 2 place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
  • 3 pour ingredients inot a small saucepan.
  • 4 heat on medium low.
  • 5 simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring several times.
  • 6 after 20 minutes, add corn starch mixture, stir well.
  • 7 when sauce begins to thicken, let simmer on a very low temperature for ten minutes.
  • 8 remove from heat and cool.
  • 9 mixture will be similiar in thickness to steak sauce.
  • 10 store in a covered container in the refridgerator.
