Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (1 lb) cans artichoke hearts (drained and cut)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 -8 cloves garlic, chopped (use to one's taste, i use 7 or 8)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon basil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Recipe
- 1 lightly brown garlic in olive oil.
- 2 add ingredients through the parmesan cheese and brown a little bit.
- 3 add the bouillon dissolved in hot water and the melted butter.
- 4 mix together and put in casserole.
- 5 bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
