Artichoke Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (1 lb) cans artichoke hearts (drained and cut)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 -8 cloves garlic, chopped (use to one's taste, i use 7 or 8)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 lightly brown garlic in olive oil.
  • 2 add ingredients through the parmesan cheese and brown a little bit.
  • 3 add the bouillon dissolved in hot water and the melted butter.
  • 4 mix together and put in casserole.
  • 5 bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
