Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a processor and mix. place in a casserole dish and cover. bake for 20-30 minutes. you may want to take the cover off for a few minutes to make the top more crusty.
- 3 serve with cut up french baguettes or tortilla chips.
