Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a processor and mix. place in a casserole dish and cover. bake for 20-30 minutes. you may want to take the cover off for a few minutes to make the top more crusty.
  • 3 serve with cut up french baguettes or tortilla chips.
