Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon.
  • 2 pour the mixture into an oven safe bowl and pat down so the mixture is level and firm.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is bubbly.
  • 4 serve with tortilla or rye chips.
