Ingredients
- 2 cups black beans, prepared
- 1 cup rice, prepared
- 3/4 small onion
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 4 tablespoons lizano sauce (you can get it on the internet)
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- 2 add chicken stock bring to simmer.
- 3 combine all other ingredients and bring back to a simmer.
- 4 sauté off moisture to desired consistency (i like it on the wetter side).
