Awesome Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
• 9 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 garlic cloves, pressed
• 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans unmarinated artichoke hearts

Recipe

• 1 drain artichoke hearts and chop.
• 2 mix all ingredients together.
• 3 spread evenly in a 9 inch round glass pie dish.
• 4 bake at 325°f for 35 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly on top.
• 5 let cool for 10 minutes.
• 6 serve with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, or cucumber slices for dipping.
