- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled,seeded and diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and chill until serving.
- 2 serve on a lettuce cup.
