Aloha Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled,seeded and diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and chill until serving.
  • 2 serve on a lettuce cup.
