Aloha Chicken

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 ounces pineapple chunks
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Recipe

  • 1 arrange chicken in slow cooker; set aside.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • 3 cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
