Almost-instant, Low-carb, High-protein Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon red miso
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tuna bonito flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce, vietnamese
  • 1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 6 ounces tofu, cut in cubes

Recipe

  • 1 mix first six ingredients until miso paste is dissolved.
  • 2 add tofu.
