10 Minute Creamy Salmon Pasta Sauce With Broccoli (egg Free)

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 425 g salmon (liquid, skin and bones removed)
- 1 (425 g) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups finely chopped pre cooked broccoli
- 1/2 cup cream
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook your broccoli for 2-3 minutes in about 1/4 cup of water (i use the microwave), while you are waiting for this:.
- 2 melt the butter in a large skillet and gently fry the onions until translucent (about 2 minutes). add the garlic and cook until fragrant (30 - 60 seconds). add the flour and stir well over a low heat for 1 minute, while stirring constantly.
- 3 add the soup, broccoli (and the liquid it cooked in) and salmon, stir well to break up the salmon. cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 4 add the cream and stir well. cook over a low heat (the cream will curdle if heated too high) for 1 - 2 minutes. add the pepper and stir through.
- 5 toss through cooked pasta and serve!
