Arroz Con Gandules

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 pieces garlic
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut cream
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans of goya beans
  • 4 cups rice
  • salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 fry onions, garlic and green peppers in a little oil,.
  • 2 when onion is transparent, add coconut cream and 2 cans of beans, salt and pepper to taste.
