Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (3 ounce) can green chilies
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe

  • 1 chop artichoke hearts, jalapenos and red pepper.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a oven safe dish.
  • 3 bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees f with lid on.
  • 4 serve with crackers or nacho chips.
