- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 (3 ounce) can green chilies
- 1/4 cup jalapeno
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 chop artichoke hearts, jalapenos and red pepper.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a oven safe dish.
- 3 bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees f with lid on.
- 4 serve with crackers or nacho chips.
