Artichoke Heart-spinach-mushroom Saute

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 ounces baby spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 saute garlic, shallot and mushrooms in oil until mushrooms are browned. add artichoke hearts, pepper and seasoning; saute for 3-5 minutes. add spinach; saute and stir until wilted. serve hot.
