Artichoke Feta Dip (hot)

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (pour off extra liquid)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pinch paprika
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 mix all ingredients together (except paprika).
- 3 place mixture in a pie pan or casserole.
- 4 sprinkle top with paprika.
- 5 bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
- 6 serve with pita chips, bread, tortilla chips or crackers.
