Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (9 ounce) can can rotel, drained
- 1 (4 -5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
Recipe
- 1 brown and drain meat and onion.
- 2 season with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- 3 add soups, rotel & chiles.
- 4 simmer to blend flavors, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- 5 for best flavor, make a day before serving. good to serve from a crockpot.
- 6 do not freeze - it gets too runny!
