Baby Back Ribs

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 racks lamb baby back ribs (about 4-1/2 lbs)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe

  • 1 directions
  • 2 1.cut ribs into serving size pieces;sprinkle with pepper. place in 5 or 6 quart slow cooker. combine remaining ingredients;pour over ribs.
  • 3 2.cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or till meat is tender. serve with sauce.
