- 2 racks lamb baby back ribs (about 4-1/2 lbs)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 2 1.cut ribs into serving size pieces;sprinkle with pepper. place in 5 or 6 quart slow cooker. combine remaining ingredients;pour over ribs.
- 3 2.cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or till meat is tender. serve with sauce.
