Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients, except mayo and oil, in blender until completely smooth. mix in oil and mayo, then season with salt and pepper.
