Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw whole almond
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4-1 cup olive oil
- 1 -2 large garlic clove
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 place almonds in a blender with the 3/4 c water and mix well.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes, or until creamy.
- 3 almonds may be blanched before blending if allergies or taste so dictate.
