A Pistachio Twist To Pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup salted pistachios (shells removed)
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 1 cup good quality parmesan cheese
  • 6 garlic cloves (peeled)
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor add all ingredients except olive oil.
  • 2 pulse the mixture slowly adding olive oil until it is a pasty consistency or to your liking.
  • 3 serve as you would regular pesto!
