Ingredients

- 1/2 cup salted pistachios (shells removed)
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1 cup good quality parmesan cheese
- 6 garlic cloves (peeled)
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor add all ingredients except olive oil.
- 2 pulse the mixture slowly adding olive oil until it is a pasty consistency or to your liking.
- 3 serve as you would regular pesto!
