Asian Lamb Steaks (marinade)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb steaks (bone in works fine, as does other lamb cuts)
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 2 cups low sodium soy sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon diced garlic (to taste)
- 1 -2 teaspoon diced green onion (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine teriyaki, soy sauce, and garlic in a large zipped bag or casserole dish.
- 2 add lamb steaks and marinate 6 hours or overnight for more flavor (turning occasionally).
- 3 fry the lamb steaks over medium heat, with enough oil covering the bottom of the pan for 5-7 minutes per side (add more time for thicker cuts of lamb).
- 4 or you can broil the steaks in a 350°f oven for about 45 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes (depending upon thickness).
