Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 kg lamb (with fat, any portion) or 1/2 kg chicken piece (with fat, any portion)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup native vinegar (if not available any vinegar, will do)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
- peppercorn
- garlic clove
- laurel leaf
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer until tender or the liquid will reduce to half.
- 2 then add cooking oil.
