Adobo Bisaya

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 kg lamb (with fat, any portion) or 1/2 kg chicken piece (with fat, any portion)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup native vinegar (if not available any vinegar, will do)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • peppercorn
  • garlic clove
  • laurel leaf

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a pan, simmer until tender or the liquid will reduce to half.
  • 2 then add cooking oil.
