Apple Ale And Butter Poultry Injection

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb butter
• 3/4 cup red's wicked apple ale
• 2 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons frank's red hot sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons onion powder

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over a low heat.
• 2 stir and heat until salt is dissolved and the sauce is even and runny.
• 3 keep warm (but not hot) to inject.
