Asian Lamb A La Jenny-crock Pot Sunday Dinner

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 -3 lbs lamb roast
  • 1 large cooking onion, sliced
  • 5 -6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ginger
  • ground cloves

Recipe

  • 1 combine soy sauce, pepper, brown sugar, apple juice, garlic, vinegar, mustard and ginger.
  • 2 whisk together until well mixed.
  • 3 layer onions on bottom of crock pot.
  • 4 place roast on top.
  • 5 pour soy sauce mixture on top.
  • 6 sprinkle ground cloves to cover top of roast.
  • 7 cook on low for 10-12 hours.
  • 8 serve with rice and snow pea vegetable mix.
  • 9 enjoy!
