Asian Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons sliced green onions
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 remove all visible fat from lamb; place in a shallow baking pan.
- 3 in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and onions.
- 4 brush honey mixture over lamb; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 5 bake uncovered for 45 minutes (or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees f).
- 6 to serve, slice thinly and garnish with green onions.
