Asian Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sliced green onions

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 remove all visible fat from lamb; place in a shallow baking pan.
  • 3 in a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and onions.
  • 4 brush honey mixture over lamb; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • 5 bake uncovered for 45 minutes (or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees f).
  • 6 to serve, slice thinly and garnish with green onions.
