Adriana's Baked Swordfish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 4 swordfish steaks
- 6 fluid ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 6 fluid ounces wine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350.
- 2 mix together the onion, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
- 3 place half the mixture in an ovenproof dish and place the fish on top.
- 4 season with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining chopped mixture.
- 5 pour in the olive oil and wine.
- 6 bake, basting frequently, for 30 minutes.
- 7 serves 4.
