Adriana's Baked Swordfish

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 6 fluid ounces extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 fluid ounces wine
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2 mix together the onion, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
  • 3 place half the mixture in an ovenproof dish and place the fish on top.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining chopped mixture.
  • 5 pour in the olive oil and wine.
  • 6 bake, basting frequently, for 30 minutes.
  • 7 serves 4.
  • 8 that's it!
