Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard
- 2 minced green onions
- 1/4 stalk celery, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt & pepper
