Aioli--style Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 lbs tiny new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 halve potatoes and set aside.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the next seven ingredients (olive oil to salt and pepper). whisk to combine well.
