10 Clove Stove Top Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs beef loin roast, at room temperature
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 10 garlic cloves, peeled
  • sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 rub the beef generously with freshly ground pepper, and place in a heavy bottomed pot large enough to hold the meat.
  • 2 drizzle the olive oil over the meat and turn the meat over to coat with the oil.
