Alfredo Sauce Mix

Ingredients

• 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/8 cup dried onion flakes
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cups parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 measure all ingredients & combine.
• 2 store in an air-tight container.
• 3 to use mix: - per serving:.
• 4 combine 1/4 c mix with 2 t melted butter (or sour cream) & 1/4 c milk.
• 5 whether to use butter or sour cream depends on the flavor you are after.
