- 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef, cut very small
- 32 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 cups beef stock
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups pearl barley
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a crock pot. set on low and allow to simmer atleast 8 hours.
