Asian Marinade With Lemon And Fish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced thin (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (grated or 2 tablespoons minced lemongrass)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. place meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables in zipper-lock bag or in shallow, nonreactive pan. pour marinade over contents and seal or cover.
