Asian Grilled Chicken

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves

Recipe

  • 1 mix broth, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper.
  • 2 reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for basting; refrigerate.
  • 3 pour remaining mixture into shallow non metallic dish.
  • 4 add chicken and turn to coat.
  • 5 cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • 6 discard marinade.
  • 7 grill (moderate heat) or broil chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved basting mixture.
