Asian Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
Recipe
- 1 mix broth, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper.
- 2 reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for basting; refrigerate.
- 3 pour remaining mixture into shallow non metallic dish.
- 4 add chicken and turn to coat.
- 5 cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- 6 discard marinade.
- 7 grill (moderate heat) or broil chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved basting mixture.
