Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked asparagus
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 4 slices processed cheese
- 1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 sauce: melt butter; add flour& stir until smooth.
- 2 add milk, salt, pepper& garlic& stir until boiling.
- 3 lower heat& stir continuously until thick.
- 4 add cheese& stir until melted.
- 5 place asparagus in a greased casserole dish.
- 6 arrange egg slices over asparagus.
- 7 pour sauce over all.
- 8 melt 2 t.
- 9 butter& stir in cracker crumbs.
- 10 sprinkle crumbs over top of the casserole.
- 11 bake@ 300 for 40 minutes.
