Ingredients

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter or 1 dash olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 place asparagus in 13x9 dish.
- 3 cover with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese.
- 4 layer butter on top or sprinkle with olive oil.
- 5 bake covered for 30 minutes.
- 6 remove cover and bake 5 more minutes.
- 7 top should be brown-eat and enjoy!
