Asparagus Oregenato

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter or 1 dash olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 place asparagus in 13x9 dish.
  • 3 cover with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese.
  • 4 layer butter on top or sprinkle with olive oil.
  • 5 bake covered for 30 minutes.
  • 6 remove cover and bake 5 more minutes.
  • 7 top should be brown-eat and enjoy!
