5-layer Pot Roast Skillet #sp5

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 ounce) package simply potatoes rosemary & garlic red potato wedges
  • 1 (15 ounce) package beef roast
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 pour 2 t of olive oil on the bottom of the skillet.
  • 2 cook the simply potatoes rosemary & garlic red potato wedges on medium-high heat for 15 minutes tossing occasionally until crispy.
  • 3 layer the remaining ingredients in order.
  • 4 continue cooking with skillet lid on for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
  • 5 add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
