Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (8 ounce) package simply potatoes rosemary & garlic red potato wedges
- 1 (15 ounce) package beef roast
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (12 ounce) jar gravy
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 pour 2 t of olive oil on the bottom of the skillet.
- 2 cook the simply potatoes rosemary & garlic red potato wedges on medium-high heat for 15 minutes tossing occasionally until crispy.
- 3 layer the remaining ingredients in order.
- 4 continue cooking with skillet lid on for 10-15 minutes on medium heat.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
