Artichoke Dip -delicious And Simple

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 in a medium mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese and onion.
  • 3 when these ingredients are combined, mix in artichokes hearts, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • 4 transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
  • 5 bake at 400 degrees f for 20 minutes, or until light golden brown on top.
