Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 in a medium mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese and onion.
- 3 when these ingredients are combined, mix in artichokes hearts, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- 4 transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
- 5 bake at 400 degrees f for 20 minutes, or until light golden brown on top.
