Ingredients

- 1 garlic, bulb whole, peeled
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1 put garlic in blender and slowly add the oil.
- 2 blend until you have a consistency somewhat like mayonaise.
- 3 add the lemon juice, while still blending.
- 4 keep in the refrigerator in a jar.
