Ingredients

- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate.
- 2 mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 3 microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through.
- 4 sprinkle with paprika.
- 5 serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
