Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 spread cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate.
  • 2 mix artichokes, butter and garlic, spoon over cream cheese evenly. sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 3 microwave on high for 1 minute or until heated through.
  • 4 sprinkle with paprika.
  • 5 serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
