Asian Sauteed Fresh Spinach

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon yellow bean sauce

Recipe

  • 1 wash, trim, and throughly dry spinach.
  • 2 in a large pan or wok, add oil and saute garlic over medium high heat until just golden.
  • 3 add spinach and yellow bean sauce, tossing to combine.
  • 4 cook until spinach is wilted.
  • 5 serve hot.
  • 6 i like to serve this the way my mother did with hot steamed jasmine rice.
