Asian Hummus

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups edamame, cooked shelled
  • 1/3 cup tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
  • 2 to thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
