Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups edamame, cooked shelled
- 1/3 cup tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
- 2 to thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
