- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime rind, grated
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl, add 4 servings of meat (1lb boneless or 2 lbs bone-in). mix to combine, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (if using seafood marinate for only 30 minutes).
