Bacon, Garlic & Parsley Peas

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 7 bacon, slices chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 saute bacon until brown& crisp.
- 2 remove from pan to paper towels to drain.
- 3 discard all but 2 t drippings from pan.
- 4 add garlic and saute about 30 seconds.
- 5 add peas& butter to pan.
- 6 saute until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- 7 mix in bacon and season with salt& pepper.
- 8 transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
