Bacon, Garlic & Parsley Peas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 7 bacon, slices chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 saute bacon until brown& crisp.
  • 2 remove from pan to paper towels to drain.
  • 3 discard all but 2 t drippings from pan.
  • 4 add garlic and saute about 30 seconds.
  • 5 add peas& butter to pan.
  • 6 saute until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • 7 mix in bacon and season with salt& pepper.
  • 8 transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
