Ingredients
- 3 cups milk (use less milk if using as a dip, to taste)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dried chives
- 1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 whir all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- 2 makes about 1 quart.
- 3 makes a lovely refreshing drink, or serve as a dip for fresh veggies.
