Ingredients
- 1 lb very coarsely ground venison or 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 32 ounces water
Recipe
- 1 brown the first 4 ingredients in heavy cooking pot.
- 2 add the last three ingredients and then heat to a hard fast boil.
- 3 turn down and simmer for 45 minutes.
