Asian Style Chicken And Cabbage

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken cutlets (cut in half)
- 8 ounces all-natural plum sauce
- 1/2-3/4 cup organic chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 8 ounces cut cabbage (like for coleslaw)
- black pepper
- sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 grease a large and deep skillet/pan with sesame oil.
- 2 add chicken cutlets and brown over medium heat.
- 3 while chicken is browning, prepare sauce: mix plum sauce, broth, ginger, garlic, and pepper. if the mix has too much kick, dilute with more broth.
- 4 when cutlets are browned, pour sauce over chicken cutlets and reduce to a simmer or low boil.
- 5 cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, turning the cutlets occasionally making sure they are even.
- 6 remove chicken from the pan.
- 7 add cabbage mix to the sauce and cook until cabbage has an al dente consistency.
- 8 arrange the chicken over the cabbage and serve!
