- 5 lbs roast
- 32 ounces pepperoncini peppers
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 put the roast in a crockpot. insert garlic into small slits in the roast. pour the entire contents of the pepperoncini peppers over the roast. cook on low for 8-10 hrs until the meat falls apart easily.
- 2 this makes delicious left over sandwiches as well!
