Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 lamb tenderloin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet and add garlic.
- 2 once oil is hot add loins.
- 3 after loins lose raw coloring add half of the soy sauce and reduce heat.
- 4 gradually add soy sauce while turning loins.
- 5 when meat is 145 degrees it is done ( about 15 minutes).
