Asian Inspired Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 lamb tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet and add garlic.
  • 2 once oil is hot add loins.
  • 3 after loins lose raw coloring add half of the soy sauce and reduce heat.
  • 4 gradually add soy sauce while turning loins.
  • 5 when meat is 145 degrees it is done ( about 15 minutes).
